WHISKEY TASTING BY ADAM SPIEGEL, SONOMA DISTILLING COMPANY
San Francisco native, Adam Spiegal, gave up New York finance to come back to the Bay Area and distill handcrafted, small-batch whiskey. Inspired by the exceptional flavor, the idea for Sonoma Distilling Company was born.

Adam crafts a product steeped in traditional values, that responds to the evolved needs of the modern palate. He focuses on handcrafting small batches, from grain-to-glass using old-school style stills, for whiskeys that are authentic and unpretentious. Sonoma Distilling Company is a pioneer whiskey producer in California and one of the very first in the Sonoma wine country.
You’ll be sent a taste-from-home kit that includes four 200 ml bottles of whiskey:

•Sonoma Rye Whiskey
•Sonoma Cherrywood Rye Whiskey
•Sonoma Cherrywood Smoked Bourbon
